Kickfit is a 45 minute program designed to improve your cardio and help tone your body! The class starts up with a pulse raiser, then we move into a group stretch. Once we are done our stretches I separate the class into two groups. One group goes through a circuit of basic kickboxing movements while the other half start on pads interacting with each other. Half way through the class the groups will switch. The end of the class we always finish with a bit of core work!
Note: The price for 2 and 3 times a week are based on a monthly fee (missed classes do not carry over to the next month but may be made up in the same month if there is an available spot). Below is the schedule for classes, there is a limit of 8 ladies per class. Please check there is an available spot, email email@example.com to reserve your spot!
